Ingredients

- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp cream
- ¼ cup kale, chopped

- salt
Instructions
- Break the eggs into a bowl, cut the yolks with a fork, and scramble them lightly.
- Melt the butter in a small pan. Once hot, pour in eggs, cream, kale, pepper, and salt.
- Cook on very low heat, turning constantly. As soon as they are cooked, serve immediately.
