Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 cup avocado oil
  • 2 cups pumpkin puree
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 3 cups flour

Instructions

  1. In a big bowl, mix all the ingredients.
  2. Pour the mixture into a greased bread pan.
  3. Bake at 350⁰F for 50 to 60 minutes.
